need4design.com just act as a host for the contests and in no way responsible for the authenticity of the designer's art work. need4design.com does not perform any validation or searches regarding the trademark, copyright, proprietry and legal status of the submitted artwork and it is the sole responisbility of the Contest Holder to investigate the authenticity of the artworks. Any such artworks rightly pointed out by a legal proof will be removed from the need4design.com website immediately and the account details of the responsible users will be transferred to the legal authorities if asked.
need4design.com doesnt not tolerate illegal, adultrated, defamatory, religious, racial or ethnic hatred contents and hence any content deemed inappropriate by need4design.com will be refused entry or removed from the site immediately.
need4design.com is not responsible for the loss or theft of any art works or any personal informations if the website is hacked or illegely accessed.
need4design has the rights to use artworks submitted in need4design.com for any of its promotional advertisements in the need4design.com website unless it is been asked otherwise by the owner. The designer has the sole ownership of the submitted designs, until it is being selected as the contest winner and the prize of the contest is rightly paid off. After the prize is paid in full, the ownership lies with the contest holder which is royalty-free and irrevocable.
need4design.com is currently running a beta version of its services. Hence need4design.com does not take any fees and tranferring of the prize money is between the Contest Holder and the designer. need4design.com is not responisble for the disputes that may arise regarding any financial matters between the said parties.
