1. Create an Account as Contest Holder
First you need to register an account as contest holder.By creating an account you can launch your contest.
2. Fill Launch A Contest form
Next step is to fill the Launch A Contest form,this is where you provide all the details for your design contest.Be sure to fill the form with all the informations as to how you want your design to be.Since this is the information that the Designers will use to design entries for your contest.
Set the prize amount that you wish to pay to the designer who's entry you select as the winner.There is a minimum prize amount for each contest, refer FAQ to know the minimum prize amount of each contest accordingly set your prize but we encourage you to enter whatever you feel is a fair amount for what you are requesting. You will need to pay this amount once you select the winning entry.
We also have a feature that allows you to PrePay the prize once you have started a contest.This feature will give the designer an assurance that you will select his/her design and can result in more and higher quality entries.This option will be available to you once you have launched a contest.
3. Designers create and Submit entries
After Launching a Contest will all the informations required,your contest becomes live and will be posted to all the registered Designers.
Designers will read your Design Brief and will work on it and will submit entries.
4. Comment on and Rate each entry
In case you need to provide additional information, you can easily do so by posting comments.By commenting on Designers each entry you will be letting the designer know what you think of the entry and if it is in line with what you are looking for.Also the comment posted to a designer can also be viewed by other Designers,so your are providing direction to all of the Designers.
We also encourage you to rate each entry on the score of 1 to 5.
5. Select the entry you like the best and pay prize to that Designer
Once you select a design, the contest will be closed and you will need to pay the winning designer the prize amount you set when you started the contest.
The prize payment will be between the Contest Holder and the Designer.Both the Contest Holder and the designer can send their email id to each other so that the Contest Holder can send the promised prize amount to the designer and the designer can send his/her work to the contest holder.
