1.Post Orginial works only
It is very important that you must post only your own artwork,no clipart.If it isn't your work then don't submit it.
2.Entries once posted cannot be taken back
Once you have entered into a contest, you cannot pull the entry when the Contest Holder selects your entry as the winner and had paid the prize in full.
3.Be on your best behaviour
Contest Holder takes a lot of time to comment on the entries of many contests,so even if you don't like what they say about your designs there is no need to get rude.
4.Designs should not be offensive
Please make sure that your designs do not incorporate or include anything that could be considered as rude, offensive, or illegal by anyone. People from all backgrounds, religons and ethnic groups take part here on Need4Design and we want to make it a friendly place for all of us.
5.Read the Contest form carefully
Take time to read the contest form in full and if you still have doubts you can ask the Contest Holder by posting a comment on the Forum.Creating designs according to Contest Holder's instruction is the best way to ensure that you have a good chance of winning the Contest.
6.Deliver the correct files when you win a contest
After the Contest Holder selects a winner, the Contest Holder and the Designer will send their e-mail ids to each other. Then the Contest Holder pays the prize through third party payment solutions and in return the Designer sends their art work in the format as mentioned in the contest.
7.Watermark your entries
It's strongly recommended that you lightly watermark each entry before submitting it to a contest.In this way you will have peace of mind that no one else is using your designs.
8.Transferring ownership of your winning entry
Once a Contest Holder has selected your entry as a winner and paid the prize in full, you are supposed to upload the completed logo and transfer full ownership of the completed design to the Contest Holder.
